Class and Q&A

Teri Almquist will teach a 90-minute beginner yoga class followed by a Q&A for both students and teachers. After the Q&A Teri will spend several hours answer questions with teachers. Class starts at 10am (doors open at 9:30), Q&A until 1pm, then several hours with the teachers over lunch.
