Join Level 3 OHYA Teachers for an OHYA Teachers Continuing Education Intensive you don’t want to miss. During this 3 Day OHYA Intensive, you will experience a stellar line-up of continuing education yoga classes, workshops, and lectures, all while connecting with peers and leaders in the Original Hot Yoga community. This year we are going to do a deep dive of 26 postures. Day 1 will focus on the standing series and Day 2 on the Floor series

If you need to renew your membership, you will be sent a link to pay your renewal fee of $99. Your registration is not complete until both steps are taken. (Anyone with a membership expiring within 6 months will also be sent a renewal pay link.)

Thursday, Oct 15th
8am-9am: Introductions and Program Review
9:30am-11 am : 90 min. OHY Class
11-11:20: Directed Feedback
11:20-12:30 Lunch Break
12:45-2:45: Day 1
Deep Dive into the Standing Postures. Learn the how, why and benefits along with modifications for access or injury.
3-5pm: Finish Standing Postures along with Dialog Delivery for those volunteering to receive feedback on Effective Teaching Standards
6:00: non-hosted Dinner (local options)
Friday, Oct 15th
8-9am: Discussion
9:30-11 : OHY 90 Min Class
11-11:30 pm: Guided Feedback on class
11:30-12:30 pm: Lunch Break
12:45-2:45 pm: Deep Dive into the Floor Series.
3-5 pm: Finishing Floor Series Deep dive along with Dialog Delivery and feedback based on Effective Teaching Standards.
6 : Dinner in the area

Meals are not included. We will share lots of local options within the shopping center and meeting spots for joining our OHYA Teacher Community.
Mats and Towel Rentals are not included
Please bring mats from home or plan to purchase a $20 mat for the event. Practice Towel Rentals - $5/each.
