105F OHY Con-Ed W/Gianna
Calling all yoga teachers! Sharpen your teaching skills with a special continuing education workshop led by Gianna Purcell on Saturday, June 27th from 9:30am-12:30pm at 105F's Lincoln Park studio in Chicago.
This workshop will explore posture alignment, student connection, and effective corrections/modifications -- all designed to help you teach with more confidence, clarity, and intention.
Bonus: Registration also includes a complimentary pass to practice Gianna’s 7:30am Original Hot Yoga 90 class before the workshop.
BREAKTHROUGH: An Original Hot Yoga Workshop
Come evolve your practice with this two part workshop. First, enjoy an extended class peppered with additional corrections, then return from a break to listen and learn about the foundational techniques and benefits of the original hot yoga sequence. Saturday, September 6, 12pm-5pm $40 for class only

Esak Garcia OHY Class and Workshop In Jamaica
Esak will teach a 90 minutes class on each day and then a 2 hour posture clinic follows. A great opportunity for traveling teachers and students who love OHY and want to learn more about this incredible practice in beautiful Jamaica.

Join Level 3 OHYA Teachers for an OHYA Teachers Continuing Education Intensive you don’t want to miss. During this 3 Day OHYA Intensive, you will experience a stellar line-up of continuing education yoga classes, workshops, and lectures, all while connecting with peers and leaders in the Original Hot Yoga community.
Lecture topics will cover an array of important teaching principles such as a review of teaching basics, mastering effective teaching tools, gaining in-depth insights to optimize your teaching, and general effective techniques to up level your OHY teaching.
You will also explore ways to incorporate practical teaching modifications and to accommodate all skill levels by cultivating inclusive environments and comprehensive classes.
